Near Shack is your friendly delivery app where you can browse through numerous outlets near
you, all in one place. We are trying to help local stores by getting their business online.
What service does Near Shack offer?
Near Shack offers you the chance to check stores near you. Once you have selected your outlet,
select the products and place your order. Order is automatically transferred to the outlet for
processing and delivery to your doorsteps.
Why use Near Shack?
Avoid the hassle of calling and waiting to make an order, and instead have it done in just a few
simple steps. Using Near Shack will allow you to find out exactly what you are looking for after
checking out the catalogues of different stores.
How do I pay to order from Near Shack?
You can pay using any of the usual methods using your credit card, debit card, Netbanking or
UPI. You may also choose to pay on delivery.
Any Special Offers?
At Near Shack, we work hard to bring the best offers out there. Our many partner outlets, we will
surely offer special discounts.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time will all depend on your chosen outlet. However we are available for you to
follow up and make sure your order gets to you on time.
How to add or remove an item from my already submitted order?
We are available round the clock through online chat, whatsapp, email and telephone to assist
you in changing your order and in the case you need to remove or add an item after you have
already submitted your order. We will make sure to contact the outlet for you and inform them of
your amendment.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at this point in time to place the order without creating an account
but we do offer you an option to quickly create an account using your Google or Apple account.
Can I make an order and choose a later delivery time?
We are working on this feature and you would be informed once it is possible to pre-order and
schedule the deliveries for later.
Can I have more than one address under the same account?
Yes you may have several addresses with one account
How to make sure you have received my order?
Under “My orders” you should be able to see your submitted order and its status as successful,
then you can rest assured that your order has been received.
Can I reorder the same previous order?
Under “My order” you should be able to view your older orders and you can click on it to reorder
the same
How do I mark an item as my favourite?
Simply by clicking the heart emoji on the product, you can mark it as a favourite.
Who to contact when not happy with my order?
You may contact us directly or send us an email to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for any complaint and
the concerned department will contact you directly.
How long does it take to get an online refund to my credit card?
It usually takes 2-3 days to get your refund reflected in your bank account.
Can I rate the outlet or write a review?
Yes you may rate outlets that you have previously ordered simply by going to “My orders” and
choosing to review or rate. Please note that all reviews are subject to review and will be visible
after this process.
